I have been trying to get this post up for the past 4 weeks literally! But things kept getting in the way.
Anyway, a few weeks back I got one of the worst flu's and it took me two weeks to try and get better. The first few days were fever, severe headaches, congestion and sore throat. I had a very hard time to get out of bed and get things done. By the time I made it out of bed, things were piling up in work and I had to prioritize. Now I forced myself to put everything aside and just get going with this post. Here to share with you some of the tips that actually do work with me to recover from flu and boost my immunity.
